Richard Mann
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mann has over thirty years of technical and executive information technology experience. Prior to joining R2K, he held the position of director of software development at Wang Software and Eastman Software and held senior positions at Sigma Imaging Systems, First Boston, New York Life Insurance, Gibbs and Hill Engineering, and the Financial Information Services Agency of the City of New York. Mr. Mann joined R2K in its early days, building close relationships with major R2K customers that have lasted over a decade. He established R2K India and travels to India frequently. Since his appointment at CEO in 2008, Mr. Mann has redoubled R2K’s focus on robust internal processes, deep ECM expertise, and commitment to customer value. Mr. Mann has a BA from Yale University.
William Stratigos
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Stratigos has over thirty-five years of business experience with strong expertise in insurance, health care, workflow, document imaging and software development, as well as broad knowledge gained from working with partners in education, government, banking, and utilities. In 1988 he co-founded Sigma Imaging Systems and served as its president until the firm was acquired by Wang Laboratories in 1995. Prior to joining R2K, he was vice president of software development at Wang Software and Eastman Software. Dr. Stratigos has served as Treasurer of AIIM International (The Association for Information and Image Management), and is a frequent speaker at major industry events. Dr. Stratigos consults on the business opportunities, risks, and planning associated with large-scale development and deployment projects. Dr. Stratigos has a BA and DDS from New York University, is an AIIM Laureate of Electronic Document Image Management, and holds several revenue-generating U.S. and foreign patents.
Uma R Iyer
Managing Director, R2K Software India Pvt. Ltd.
Ms. Iyer has over fourteen years of experience in application delivery in a globally distributed environment, people management and consulting to R2K. Ms. Iyer has widespread experience in the software industry and has been instrumental in providing outstanding customer satisfaction for business process automation solutions in the areas of insurance, banking, logistics and transportation. Ms. Iyer joined R2K India in 2005 as a project manager handling key US projects. In 2006, she became the Director of Software Development where she managed R2K India’s delivery team. She was named the Managing Director in 2008. Ms. Iyer started her career with Tata Infotech in Bombay. Prior to joining R2K, she worked with Fujitsu Consulting in the US as a Senior Systems Architect. Uma is a graduate of the General Management program for IT Executives from IIM-Bangalore and holds an engineering degree in Electronics from Bombay University. She holds a number of professional certifications.
Sean Pendergrass
Vice President Client Services
Mr. Pendergrass has over fifteen years of Systems Integration management and technical consulting experience with a core focus in Enterprise Content Management. During his tenure at R2K, he has had a wide-range of responsibilities including account, project, and offshore delivery management as well as senior roles in all project life cycle phases. He has an extensive background with large-scale document capture, OCR/ICR, BPM, enterprise application integration, and repository management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining R2K in 1997, he held the position of Lead Systems Engineer at Wang Software and Sigma Imaging Systems. Mr. Pendergrass received a Bachelor of Science degree from Le Moyne College.
Stephanie Taylor
Vice President Client Services
Ms. Taylor has over twenty years of technical project management and software development experience with a concentration in architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale solutions within the Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management arena. Her responsibilities have included strategic and tactical planning, managing customer and partner relationships, and leading outsourced development projects through the full software development life cycle from requirements through production support, utilizing both on-shore and off-shore delivery staff. Prior to joining R2K, she held the position of Software Development Manager at Wang Software and Sigma Imaging Systems, responsible for product development of the client application programming interface. Prior to Sigma, she held the positions of Project Leader and Senior Software Engineer within the Analytical Instrumentation division of the Perkin Elmer Corporation and was a Programmer at IBM within the General Technology Division. Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
