- System Development and Integration
R2K played a leading role in the design, implementation, and support for a high visibility, mission critical imaging and workflow customer service application that remotely scanned peak volumes of over one million pages per day at a single site, and distributed the images for multiple processing steps across six different cities.
R2K conducted a thorough study of an existing 3,000+ seat imaging installation for a large corporate user. This system had not been upgraded in several years and was experiencing severe operational and reliability problems. The client was considering changing vendors, at an extremely high cost, and possibly discontinuing imaging altogether. R2K made a number of key findings and recommendations that allowed our client to stabilize and optimize their existing software with no additional expenditures or staff. The system went from being the least reliable major system in the organization to being the most reliable.
- Outsourced Support
R2K provides technical support on an outsourced basis to a major U.S. corporation for a full suite of dozens of document imaging, workflow, fax, and data capture systems and applications. Its ongoing responsibilities include problem diagnosis and resolution, configuration, tuning, QA testing of new vendor releases and platform upgrades, deployment support, and bug fixes and enhancements to custom application code.
