Our professionals all possess acknowledged technical expertise. But what distinguishes them further is their ability to understand the business needs driving systems decisions. That means being effective communicators who bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical resources involved in a project. And that means true team players, able to listen and learn as well as teach.
Technical positions require strong expertise in client-server technologies: NT/2000, Internet, database, networks, system tuning and troubleshooting. Microsoft / Sun / IBM Certifications are pluses. Software Engineers need strong experience with object-oriented development and component technologies. Programming languages include C, C++, Java, VB, and scripting.
Project management positions require extensive experience managing projects using the above technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects, full software development lifecycle experience, and a strong track record delivering customer satisfaction are musts.
We will give special consideration to resumes with strong experience implementing systems using products from any of our business partners. Domain knowledge of document imaging, workflow, data capture, software distribution and management, enterprise application integration, CRM, or e-commerce is a plus.
